Dr Geetika Malik Chandra is currently working as Head of Learning Strategy at Hero Vired. With a wealth of experience in both Industry and Academia, Dr Geetika has excelled in varied domains like learning strategy, content, research, OD and HR. She holds a PhD in Management from the renowned Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi. She has received prestigious accolades including the 'Highly Commended Outstanding Doctoral Research Award' in the HR category from Emerald/EFMD U.K. (2020) and the 'Best Woman Researcher in Management Studies Award' at the 2nd International Inspirational Women Awards (IIWA) 2021. Dr Geetika also has published white papers, thought leadership articles and research papers in esteemed journals.

Prof. Rajalaxmi Kamath’s research revolves around primary field studies, both in informal and formal organizations. Starting in 2007 was worked extensively among urban poor households in two areas of Ramanagaram town, Karnataka state, to understand their financial lives. From 2007 to 2012, her team undertook a project called ‘Ramanagaram Financial Diaries’, where they were able to collect detailed, daily cash inflows and outflows of around 90 poor households (most of whom were microfinance borrowers). Towards the end of this study, her team initiated a Self-Help Group with a dozen-odd study participants, to hone and market the Ari embroidery skills that were prevalent among them. Calling themselves the Minchu Mahila Kaigarika Sangha, they were introduced to the urban craft outlets of Bengaluru and digital marketing via FB. Around 2015, her research segued into studying informal silk reeling business units at Ramanagaram. Her current research centres around workplace ethnographies to understand the future of work and labour issues in IT and other organisations in Bengaluru. She has had teaching stints both in the US and at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR), Mumbai. Before joining academics, she was with the Indian Revenue Service (IRS). She has been involved in teaching courses related to Public Finance and Social Theory at IIMB.

Dr Seema Gupta is the Dean, of the School of Business, at Galgotias University. She has also been Chairperson of the two-year Executive MBA programme at IIMB. She has published papers in reputed international journals, has presented papers at conferences across the world and is the winner of the prestigious EFMD and ISB-IVEY Best Case awards. Having more than ten case studies published in Harvard Publishing she has also authored multiple books and textbooks in Digital Marketing published by McGraw which is used by many top B schools in India. Dr Gupta also has rich experience in online degree programmes in Edtech. She worked with Great Learning, a leading Edtech company in higher education as Director of Degree and Business Programs, for eighteen months. She led multiple programmes in partnership with leading universities such as Jain, Shiv Nadar University, SRM, PES Bangalore, and Great Lakes, across MBA, BBA, MTech, MCA and BCA programmes. She led the programme design, curriculum, pedagogy and effective programme delivery. She has good experience with cutting-edge Learning management systems, and best practices in programme support, and ensured high completion rates and career outcomes. She is a TEDx speaker and has also founded two startups of her own. She raised seed funding and commercialised operations. She also started her online courses on a digital platform and has rich experience in setting up an online presence, marketing online courses and leveraging digital presence for learning outcomes. She is a thought leader who is often quoted for her views on marketing issues in leading newspapers such as Times of India, Brand Equity, Financial Express, Punjab Kesari, Rajasthan Patrika etc.

He is a B.Tech. (IIT Kanpur) and M.B.A. (IIM Bangalore). A Gold Medalist in Behavioural Sciences. He is a trainer and management consultant with rich and varied experience of about three decades in industry. He is the recipient of the "Most Innovative Project" award in '93 at the national level, presented by the Quality Circle Forum of India for pioneering work done in forming quality circles in rural India. In 2009, his client Silver Spark Apparel Ltd., Bangalore, (a unit of Raymond Ltd) to which he provided training and consultancy from 2005 to 2013 was awarded the 1st Rank in the Great Place to Work contest (for women employees) for 2009. This was largely due to his initiation of Quality Circles and innovative HR practices. It has continued to figure in the top list of “A Great Place to Work” several times thereafter. Some years ago, it got the 22nd rank in Best Large Work Place in Asia. Arvind has practiced as a management consultant for over 31 years. He has served clients like Oracle India, Nucleus Software, Newgen Software, Kronos, Videocon, Eveready, Raymond, Escorts, Kajaria Ceramics, Hind Lamps, Sterlite, TAFE, SRF, Siel, Ranbaxy, Morarjee Textiles, etc. He has been an HR consultant and trainer at Newgen Software Technologies Limited ever since the inception of the company in 92. He served as Director on the Board of Newgen for several years.
